Request for Expressions of Interest for a single Contractor to deliver Integrated Facilities Management and Workplace Services.

TfNSW is planning a two-stage procurement process to appoint a single qualified Contractor for the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management and Workplace Services. 

The two stage process will incorporate:

Stage 1: a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) to the open market intended to provide a shortlist of suitable Applicants to participant in Stage 2; and

Stage 2: a restricted Request for Tender (RFT) issued to invited Shortlisted Applicants only.

The scope of this procurement includes the management and delivery of all of the following core service lines:

Core Services

• Management of the Service

• Helpdesk Services

• Cleaning Services

• Facilities Management

• Land Management

• Pest and Vermin Control

• Property Administration

• Workplace Services

Non-exclusive services may include:

• Facilities Management Works Program & Project Delivery

• Waste Management

Optional services may include:

• Fleet Administration

• Security Services

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

In order to gain access to the Request for Tender documents, Tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email:TSS.Bidder@transport.nsw.gov.au and include the following:

1) Tender No and Title, 2) RFT ID, 3) Organisation Name, 4) ACN/ABN, 5) Contact Name, 6) Organisation/contact postal address, 7) Contact email address (preferably an email address with the contact person's name), 8) Contact phone number

Notes 

-A Briefing will be held Face to Face in the Sydney CBD at 10:00am on 11 August 2023.(Details provided in the Request for Expression of Interest).

-Interested participants must contact Transport for NSW to register for Ariba access to the Request for Expression of Interest.

-Participants must sign a Confidentiality Deed Poll and meet the condition of participations to get full access.

• The Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 applies to this procurement

• A government agency may conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the procurement

In order to access the Request for Expression of Interest,  Applicates must execute the Confidentiality Deed attached and complete the attached Registration form demonstrating they meet the following Conditions of Participation:

1. Condition of Participation 1 – The Applicant has an ABN or ACN
2. Condition of Participation 2 – In order to be given access to this EOI in Ariba, the Applicant must correctly execute the Transport for NSW Confidentiality Deed Poll.
3. Condition of Participation 3 – In order to be given access to this EOI in Ariba, the Applicant must provide evidence that it is in the business of delivery integrated facilities management services valued at least $20million per annum for a single contract and has held similar contracts currently or in the past 5 years.
