Goulburn Driver Training Facility AAO Building & Skid Pan Projects - RFT-10061571

The scope of work for the new Skid Pan project includes but not limited to the followings:

 

1. Full design documentation and certification;
2. All authority approvals;
3. Constructing new Skid Pan (Concrete slab) with overall dimeson of 80 x 130 meters;
4. High pressure external sprinkler system to wet slab (approximately 14 sprinkler) which will require a Water Management System as there is no water on site.  There is an existing watermain that runs along Dallas Tidyman Drive;
5. Power poles for lighting (approximately 6 poles around the Skid Pan); and
6. Small pump room and reserve water tanks.

 

The scope of work for the new PDT AAO facility project includes but not limited to the followings:

 

1. Full design documentation and certification;
2. All authority approvals;
3. Constructing new 1000m2 training building. Large open plan training facility with 2 MAT rooms adjoining to an open area;
4. Open plan to have dimmable lights;
5. Air Conditioning to Mat rooms;
6. Small first aid room;
7. New concrete driveway for vehicle access;
8. Upgrading infrastructures; electrical, fire, septic and stormwater; and
9. Required external building infrastructures including kerb, and gutter design, retaining walls, and the drainage culverts.
