The Parliament intends to transition from Lotus Domino to other platforms including Microsoft SharePoint over a period of 2 years, starting with its intranet.
The scope of this RFP is to seek services to design, build and migrate the Parliament's current intranet from Lotus Domino (Version 8.5) to the SharePoint plaform (either on-premises or cloud or hybrid). The new intranet must be released into production before the NSW state election, 26 March 2015. No changes to the current information architecture, graphical design layout or content are required or are desirable.

Responses to this tender will only be considered from selected organisations registered under the NSW Government ICT Services prequalification scheme, category “M06 Web Design & Content Management Services including delivery as a service".
All requirements are set out in the RFP document and response form provided. Respondents should use the response form (template) provided and upload a completed copy of that document.
