Cost Estimating Services - Western and Central Tunnelling Packages - SMC-23-1105

Sydney Metro is seeking a service provider for the provision of advice and reports on cost related items included within claims

Sydney Metro Tunnelling packages are high value and complex design and construction contracts which are currently or likely to be subject to claims and/or variations to scope. Given the quantum and extent of claims, Sydney Metro requires a service provider to draw down on specialist services on an as needs basis.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Minimum Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience of the organisation providing at least 2-3 similar expert claims advisory services in the last 5 years on major Transport (Rail, Road etc.) sector for a major infrastructure or construction project above $500 Million.

2. Project/Claims Lead with a minimum of 10 years of experience, Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 7 years of experience, and Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years of experience on major Transport (Rail, Road etc.) sector for a major infrastructure or construction project above $500 Million
