Provide appropriate staff for the purpose of ensuring the operation and coordination of the public areas of Sydney Olympic Park and the respective venues under the direct management of the Authority.
The core objectives of the Contract are to:
a)manage crowds and visitor related matters during event periods in both public domain areas and within the venues directly managed by the Authority;
b)provide a customer focus approach in dealing with all members of the public as such matters relate to visitor information, event and precinct coordination.
