Sydney Metro West Stage 2 Integrated Station Developments - Registration Of Interest - SMC-24-1245

Sydney Metro invites developers, investors and station contractors that wish to participate in the procurement process for the upcoming Sydney Metro West Integrated Station Developments (ISD) to submit a Registration Of Interest (ROI).

The ROI process will enable participants to access information on the opportunities in relation to the Integrated Station Developments.

During the ROI process, Sydney Metro may undertake follow up market sounding sessions with selected registrants. The purpose of the follow up market sounding process is for Sydney Metro to undertake structured interaction with selected organisations and obtain feedback on key topics in relation to the Sydney Metro West ISDs.

The Stage 2 Sydney Metro West Integrated Station Developments include the Parramatta Integrated Station Development, Sydney Olympic Park Integrated Station Development and Pyrmont Integrated Station Development.

Sydney Metro West (or SMW) is a new 24-kilometre metro line that will connect Greater Parramatta with the Sydney CBD. Confirmed stations include Westmead, Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield, Burwood North, Five Dock, The Bays, Pyrmont, and Hunter Street (Sydney CBD).

Invitation To Respond - This is not a tender. The system is being used for invitation for public response to information published on, or accessible through, this website. Examples would include EIS, discussion papers, requests for information, registrations for position appointments, etc.

Registration of Interest:

• This ROI will require Registrants to nominate their role as a Developer and/or Station Contractor.

• Registrants are encouraged to complete and submit their ROI Registration Form in a timely manner and as early as possibly can (and by no later than the ROI Close Date and Time). Registrants should refer to the Invitation to submit a ROI for instructions on how to complete their ROI Registration Form.

• ROI Registration Forms are to be submitted electronically only, via email to industry.sydneymetro@sydneymetro.info by no later than the ROI Close Date and Time.

• During the ROI process, Sydney Metro may undertake follow up market sounding sessions with selected Registrants. The purpose of the follow up market sounding process is for Sydney Metro to undertake structured interaction with select organisations and obtain feedback on key topics in relation to the Sydney Metro West ISDs.
