TfNSW seeks Supplier to provide the following:

• Discovery/Design

• Provide, implement, Configure and Customise (if required with agility) a solution that meets requirements, migrate meta-data from existing solution, integrate the solution with TfNSW centralised repository;

• Testing activities;

• Training activities;

• Hypercare; and

• Transition to BAU

The core objectives are for the Supplier to provide TfNSW with a solution that covers the following:

• An interface to manually upload and tag asset data in bulk and ensuring seamless transmission of asset data from the field to TfNSW centralised repository.

• Manage metadata application to datasets ensuring data security, governance, identity access management, and compliance with NSW legislation.

• Search and retrieve datasets in the TfNSW centralised repository based on the stored metadata

In order to gain access to the Request for Tender documents, Tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email to TSS.Bidder@transport.nsw.gov.au

Conditions of Participation:

Supplier must be an Advanced Approved supplier on NSW Government ICT Services Scheme SCM0020 under a relevant category to the solution offered prior to the close of RFP.

An RFP Briefing (via Teams) will be held on 29 May, 2024 at 2-4 pm (AEST).
