Tender Details

"The Rural Assistance Authority (RAA) invites tenders through this RFT for the procurement and implementation of an off-the-shelf Loan Management Solution. The primary objective of this procurement is to automate and streamline the entire loan lifecycle, including loan servicing, reporting, customer service, and monitoring, to enhance process efficiency, compliance, transparency, and customer experience.

The selected solution must be capable of high-level analytics, debt ratio reporting, and risk flagging. It must support integration with existing systems such as SAP and CM10 and include functionalities for automated document generation and eSignature via DocuSign. The solution must also be scalable and flexible to accommodate future needs, including the potential extension for grant management functionalities.

The contract period is anticipated to be up to 5 years, subject to performance and project requirements.

This RFT offers an opportunity for suppliers to demonstrate their ability to deliver a robust, scalable solution that can adapt to the dynamic needs of RAA and its stakeholders. Interested parties are encouraged to review the detailed requirements and submit comprehensive tenders that align with the objectives outlined in this RFT."
