Additional Details / Instructions
Tenderers must complete the Confidentiality Deed Poll and Confidentiality Undertaking contained within Annexure 3 of the Invitation To Tender Document and submit (via email) to the Contact Officer.
Upon receipt of completed Confidentiality Deed Poll and Confidentiality Undertaking TfNSW may, at its discretion, release these documents to organisations that Transport Projects deem is capable of providing the services. The documents include: Invitiation to Tender, Tender Schedule, Annexure 1 (Services Brief) and Annexure 2 (Draft Professional Services Contract).
Conditions for Participation
The Tenderer must demonstrate as a minimum:
(a) Demonstrate that the Tenderer has successfully lead and undertaken the design for a multi-disciplinary light rail or other relevant rail infrastructure project valued at over AU$50M in the last 5 years.
(b) Demonstrate that the Tenderer or Tenderers Team has experience providing utilities design and coordination services within an urban environment.
(c) Demonstrate that the nominated Project Director or Project Manager has lead the design of a light rail system with a project value of more than $50 million.
