Tender Details

Hydrographic surveyor required to provide survey services for Tweed Sand Bypassing project.

This RFP is for the procurement of a hydrographic surveyor to provide survey services for Tweed Sand Bypassing project. The survey work will involve surveying Tweed River entrance and surrounding Gold Coast beaches. The services must include but are not limited to;

a) Surveying: Conducting routine hydrographic surveying at the Tweed River entrance and other locations specified by the TfNSW stakeholder

b) Reporting: Providing routine hydrographic surveys and other reports as requested

c) Ad hoc services: Conduct ad-hoc surveying as requested.

d) Responsiveness: Be able to take advantage of opportunities to complete the services considering the dynamic coastal environment

Conditions for Participation

It will be a requirement for the supplier to have a CPHS Level 1 hydrographic surveyor to oversee all the hydrographic surveying projects and sign off on final records. It is expected that Level 1 will attend key phases of bathymetric survey activity specifically, mobilization and set to work validations/calibrations. In the absence of a CPHS Level 1 hydrographic surveyor, a Level 2 will need to be present.
