Parramatta Park Trust (PPT) is requesting proposals for the use of Ross Street Gatehouse in Parramatta Park under a commercial lease. Ross Street Gatehouse was originally built in 1935 as a gatekeeper's cottage for Parramatta Park. The property is a unique alternative to typical office space in Parramatta.
PPT invites respondents to provide proposals for a commercial occupancy that will suit the unique premises and provide for the care and activation of this public asset.

Parramatta Park is one of the most significant landscapes in Australia, established in 1858 when the former Government Domain was opened as a park for the people. It sits in the heart of Greater Parramatta providing 85 hectares (210 acres) of important green space for approximately 1.8 million annual visitors.
Any resulting commercial agreement will be in the form of a lease or a licence.
