Tender Details

This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites suppliers to provide a response proposal for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital solutions to support councils to enhance the local development application (DA) process to create workflow efficiencies at the pre-lodgement stage.

The objective of the AI Solutions Panel is to identify existing and mature AI and digital solutions providers, that can leverage AI and business rules to automate processes in Council workflows for DA, to guide applicants, enhance documentation quality, and increase process efficiencies at the pre-lodgement DA stage.

This panel will serve as a centralised resource accessible to NSW councils seeking to implement innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs.

This RFP proposes to supplement the existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions Panel by selecting additional AI Solution that address a new use case 5 to be included on the panel. 

The objective of this RFP is to supplement the existing AI Solutions Panel by the addition of proposed AI solutions that are market-ready, high quality and mature AI products that address site specific documentation support for applicants and council staff.
