Transport for NSW invites submission of Proposals for the supply of Contracts Management System to manage Public Transport Contracts post service delivery post award, not throughout the sourcing and/or contract execution stage

The Supplier's Activities are to:

• provide and configure a Contract Management System CMS with a focus on post contract execution management;

• deliver a Project Plan;

• deliver a Test Strategy, Test Assurance Plan and test cases, conduct and support Acceptance Testing;

• deliver a Training Plan, Training Services and Training Material;

• deliver and annually update a Business Continuity Plan;

• deliver and annually update Disaster Recovery Plan;

• deliver User Documentation including Operational Manual and FAQs;

• provide ongoing operational and maintenance services, including development services as required;

• retain backups of Customer Data;

• provide Updates and New Releases;

• provide Transition Out Services.

The core objectives of the Supplier's Activities are as follows:

• deliver a fit for purpose CMS with a focus on post contract execution management to meet the Specifications at Item 5;

• ensure that the CMS is configured to meet the Customer’s needs;

• provide training Service to enable TfNSW to manage the system to meet its ongoing needs; and

• provide ongoing support and ensure the system is updated as necessary to ensure it remains fit for purpose and addresses ongoing security risks.

• provide any post implementation Professional Services, if required by the Customer. Any requirements for future Professional Services will be subject to a Statement of Works and Change Request under the Agreement.

Conditions of Participation:

Supplier must be an Advanced Approved supplier on NSW Government ICT Services Scheme SCM0020 under a relevant category to the solution offered prior to the close of RFP.

• The Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 applies to this procurement

• A government agency may conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the procurement

 Supplier must be an Advanced Approved supplier on NSW Government ICT Services Scheme SCM0020 under a relevant category to the solution offered prior to the close of RFP

Total contract Term: approximately four years concluding on 30 June 2028 plus two further optional extension periods, each of 3 years [4+3+3].
