401 Biodiversity/Ecological assessment
For assessments under the Biodiversity Assessment Method – a consistent method for the assessment of biodiversity values from a proposed development (including major projects), activity, clearing or biodiversity certification, as well as improvements in biodiversity values from management actions undertaken at a stewardship site. Provide guidance on how a proponent can avoid and minimise potential biodiversity impacts, and the number and class of biodiversity credits that need to be offset to achieve a standard of 'no net loss' of biodiversity. -
402 Occupational hygienists
Measure worker exposures, assess worker risks and develop controls to improve the workplace environment. Provide advice on control strategies including hazard elimination, engineering modifications, administrative controls and finally personal protective equipment. -
403 - Consulting Arborist
Advisory services for tree management, including preparation of Arboricultural Reports suitable for public exhibition for rezoning proposals, undertaking arboriculture surveys (including identification of quality and condition of existing vegetation, retention value assessments, identification of tree protection zones), contribution to strategic planning documentation to be submitted to the council, supporting the urban designers, statutory planners and other consultants. -
404 - Bushfire modelling
Specialised in providing advice covering fire safety requirements in bushfire zones, including bushfire planning services and the completion of bushfire assessment reports for specific properties, considering the relevant council information, studies, development control plans and other relevant policies/guidelines. -
405 - Aboriginal Cultural Heritage
Comprehensive services for Aboriginal cultural heritage, for example specialist investigations, archaeological excavations, stakeholder liaison and consultation, preparation of significance assessments and conservation and management recommendations, production of high-quality reports including archaeological analysis. -
406 - Independent Safety Assessor
Changes to the Transport Network that are considered to have a 'safety significant' impact require an independent third-party judgement on the validity and suitability of the safety assurance program supporting the change and ultimately the safety argument for the change.

Property Assessment Surveys inspect Residential Properties (dwelling or unit) to assess the conditions of various building components within the property including identifying any defects. This is to notify that the Prequalification Scheme SCM1191 is being extended till 31 December 2019. No action is required from the approved suppliers.

The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, Public Works Advisory, advises that the whole-of-government Consultants in Construction Scheme (SCM1191) has been extended to 31 December 2022.

Dear Supplier,
As a result of the introduction of the Enforceable Procurement Provisions (EPP) by the NSW Procurement Board, we have reviewed this scheme SCM1191and this scheme is now capped at consultancy fees of up to $9M (Ex GST). For existing suppliers prequalified on SCM191 nothing will change, and they will remain eligible for services below $9M and they will need to apply for the new categories. This Scheme has been extended till 31 December 2025. It is important to note that prequalified suppliers should have the latest business details such as entity name, phone, email, etc in our system. These details can be updated through your Supplier Hub/eTendering account. If these details are outdated, we would suspend your organisation as buyers will not be able to contact you for tenders.
