Minimum Requirements Tenderer must have requisite authorised engineering capabilities as outlined in the Authorised Engineering Organisation services matrix (Tender Schedule 13). Where a Tenderer does not have the requisite capabilities, the Tenderer must demonstrate how it will manage the gaps in its capabilities to deliver the Services. Tenderer has successfully managed Independent Safety Advisor work throughout the full project lifecycle on a multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure project/s in the last 5 years.
