Evaluation Criteria	Weighting
Compliance with the form requirements referred to at paragraph 4.5d of Part A of this RFT.
The demonstrated capability and experience of the Proponent to deliver all the functional and technical requirements of the Specifications.
The Proponent can deliver the teaching and student admission services in accordance with the Specifications.
The Proponent can meet the curriculum transition timeframes set out in Part C - Specifications, clause 11 of this RFP.
The Proponent has a high quality and sophisticated IT infrastructure / offering, particularly electronic timetabling software.
The Proponent has successfully delivered educational courses to over 5000 students per annum over the last 5 financial years.
The Proponent is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with the authority to confer / award an Associate Degree level qualification.
The Proponent will deliver both the Foundational Training Programme (Phase 1) and the Associate Degree in Policing Practice (ADPP / the Course).
The Proponent’s degree of compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement in Part B.
The Proponent’s demonstrated ability to attract and retain quality teaching staff and specialist curriculum writing staff.
