Capability & Experience Demonstrated experience: Undertaking similar profiles by individual team members nominated for these works. Managing and scheduling sub-contractors and third party resources (Works By Others). Delivering similar projects in environments comparable to that of the Opera House.
Methodology and program Demonstrated understanding of the Project, including key risks and challenges and opportunities for innovation. Demonstrated ability to deliver the works by the required milestones, including provision of a delivery program and methodology.

Security License The tenderer and project team members have appropriate security licenses and qualifications to undertake the works.
