A technical analyst non payroll position exists for the Technology Modernisation group of projects within the OneDPE people structure. Multiple candidates were presented as a contingent workers for interviewing and this particular candidate was found to be most suited for a non-payroll position within the One DPE structure. So given his recruiter is on 0020 a decision was taken to engage on this panel instead.
