Council is currently seeking Tenders from suitably qualified Respondents for the solution, implementation and support services of a reliable, cost-effective and consolidated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to provide oversight on the employee lifecycle – from pre on-boarding to off-boarding (pre-hire to retire) for approximately 1700 team members and to enhance the employee experience. The successful Respondent must be able to integrate with Councils existing Payroll/Financial Management System – SAP and Councils Electronic and Document Record Management System (EDRMS) – SharePoint.

It is important to note that Council is currently using SAP on-premise, however will be transitioning to SAP S/4 Hana. Further, Council is currently using SharePoint 2013, which will be transitioned to SharePoint Online. Tenderers must demonstrate an ability to integrate with both versions of these two (2) systems.
