TfNSW is seeking a Project Director with property development expertise to drive the strategic vision and direction of Redfern and North Eveleigh Renewal Project.

The Project Director will own the development and delivery of this complex program including determining the approach to land use planning, guiding input into feasibility and project lifecycle development, working with the community, establishing and managing project teams, maximising private and public sector investment and facilitating robust procurement and delivery frameworks.

The proposed term of the Core Services is TBA January 2023 to 30 June 2023. The proposed term of the Optional Services is 1 July 2023 to 20 December 2024.
