Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Architectural Consultant and associated Sub-Consultant team off the NSW SCM0801 Government Architect’s Strategy and Design Scheme for the provision of Consultancy Services for a new community facility at Roberts Park in Greenacre.

The Architectural Consultant shall act as the Lead Consultant and provide a submission for the following works:

• Separable Portion 1 (Refer to attached architectural design brief prepared by Ethos Urban with file name ‘23 02 15 – Appendix 1. Design Brief Greenacre Community Centre’.)

• Separable Portion 2 (Refer to attached architectural design brief prepared by Ethos Urban with file name ‘23 02 15 – Appendix 1. Design Brief_Greenacre Community Centre’.)

• Management Fee for the procurement and management of an artist to deliver the public art scope (Refer to Section 3.11 for public art scope.)

Design excellence is required through all aspects including
