Demonstrated ability to manage any risks that are actual, perceived or conflicts of interest, outlined through a risk management plan  

Demonstrated financial viability and stability?

Demonstrated understanding of startups, lifecycle of a startup and the NSW startup ecosystem 

Demonstrated understanding of the support and skills required as a next generation entrepreneur 

Demonstrated understanding of the target audience (marginal demographics) and ability to target participants of various backgrounds, demographics and regional locations 

Demonstrated expertise and experience in the successful implementation of an entrepreneurial program for tertiary-level students or similar program. 

Demonstrated qualifications and experience of proposed personnel and/or proposed sub-contractors (as relevant) 

Adherence to budget 

Pricing offered is inclusive of all costs, fees, allowances and charges associated with delivering the program 

Cost to participants 

Development of a cohesive and achievable program that delivers on the/Statement of Requirements, including number of participants 

Demonstrated ability to produce and deliver comprehensive reports on the program performance, including identification of ways the program outcomes can be measured and reported on 

Demonstrated project management ability through proposal of a suitable implementation plan, including timelines, recruitment process and marketing and promotion plan 

Demonstrated ability to meet the nominated timeframe for implementation 

Demonstrated ability to promote program services through marketing and communication activities to eligible participants to ensure adequate demand for and take-up of program is maintained
