This TfNSW Medium Works Contract has been awarded under the existing Station Upgrades Framework Deed ISD-18-7781* with Degnan Constructions Pty Ltd which was executed on 27 June 2019 and has been disclosed separately.
The Principal can accept a Quotation submitted by the Contractor under clause 1.2 of the Annexure B to Framework Deed ISD-18-7781 by issuing a Notice to Proceed letter to the Contractor.
TfNSW accepted a quotation submitted by the Contractor for the upgrade under clause 1.2 Annexure B to the Framework Deed ISD-18-7781 which was assessed as per the above mentioned evaluation criteria.
* ISD-18-7781 was procured through the following two (2) stages:
Stage 1: Expression of Interest (EOI) short listed seven (7) successful Applicants.
Stage 2: Three (3) of the Applicants who were short listed through the EOI process were invited to provide a submission in response to an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
One (1) successful Applicant (the Contractor) was then selected to execute a contractual agreement comprising a Framework Deed to Design and Construct Station Upgrades for the Transport Access Program Tranche 3 (TAP 3) and two (2) Design and Construct contracts for the Mittagong Station Upgrade and Fairy Meadow Station Upgrade. The Mittagong Station Upgrade and Fairy Meadow Station Upgrade and any new Design and Construct contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement are disclosed separately.
This contract has been varied:
