Bradfield Stage 1 Civil and Utilities Detailed Design - WPCA000158

The WPCA is seeking a consultant to provide, procure and coordinate the detailed design for the EWs for Stage 1 of Bradfield City Centre (BCC).  The consultant will provide a single consultancy service package incorporating the Bradfield Master Plan Pillars to provide an engineered, and multi utility co-ordinated detailed design for the Stage 1 Enabling Works. The Enabling Works are focused on delivering full serviced development blocks. This scope of work will include bulk earthworks, civil road works, grading and levels for the site, all the public utilities, open space and street landscaping. Completion of these works will enable fully serviced super lots to be developed by WPCA or through private partners that will contribute to and support the early activation and place making for the Bradfield City Centre.
