In direct alignment of the post practical completion of the new infrastructure and defect liability period (24 months) the contracted services are for the preventative maintenance services including routine testing, inspection, and reporting on all associated hydraulic assets install and commissioned at the Sydney Football Stadium and the Sporting Club of Sydney. This contract was negotiated under an approved procurement strategy to mitigate cross party disputes and mitigate voiding warranty provision for the defect liability period.
