In direct alignment of the post practical completion - defect liability period (24 months) for the new infrastructure/assets at the Sydney Football Stadium and Sporting Club of Sydney. The contracted services are for the comprehensive preventative maintenance services including routine testing, inspection, and reporting on all associated refrigeration and coolroom assets install and commissioned at the Sydney Football Stadium and the Sporting Club of Sydney. This contract was negotiated under an approved procurement strategy to mitigate cross party disputes and mitigate voiding warranty provision for the 24 month defect liability period.
