The Parramatta Light Rail Infrastructure Technical Advisor is to develop and assure the Definition Design for the PLR project, and provide engineering and technical support to the Principal to:

complete the Final Business Case submission;
obtain necessary Environmental and Statutory approvals;
obtain necessary Configuration Change Gateway approvals;
undertake Early Works and Enabling Works; and
engage the Contractor(s) for the delivery of the PLR Project.
