Q. Why does the system send me back to the login page when I make a selection in the application after logging in successfully?
A. You need to have your browser set to enable cookies. In Internet Explorer this can be done by selecting Tools -> Options -> Privacy and then clicking the Default button and moving the slider to an appropriate level, i.e. 'Low' or 'Accept All Cookies'. Alternatively, you can click the Advanced button and tick 'Override automatic cookie handling' and then tick Accept for both 'First-party Cookies' and 'Third-party Cookies'. Also tick 'Always allow session cookies'.
In Mozilla Firefox this can be done by selecting Tools -> Options -> Privacy and then tick 'Accept cookies from sites'.
Q. What if I can't download a softcopy of the tender from your website?

Q. How do I upload my tender submission?
A. If an RFT is seeking electronic responses (as opposed to paper responses) you will see a 'Lodge a Response' link at the bottom of the detail page for that RFT. Click that link when you have your response files ready and follow the instructions onscreen. The process is a very similar process to attaching files to an email.

Q. What if I lodge my tender over the Internet after the tender closing time?
A. Once the specified closing time has passed the Internet lodgement system will allow you to lodge your tender electronically. However, the system will ask for a late lodgement reason and will advise you that your tender will be marked as a late and may not be considered.
Q. What does RFT stand for?
A. RFT stands for Request for Tender. Throughout this system it may be used interchangably to refer to Requests for Quotation (or RFQ), Expressions of Interest (or EOI) etc.
Q. Do I have to lodge my tender over the Internet?
A. This depends on the nature of the tender opportunity you are responding to.It is recommended that you carefully read the tender documentation to ensure that your response complies with the requirements.
