Tender Details
This notice - see RFT Preview Document below - discloses the names and addresses of firms and other entities who have lodged tenders, or other responses, for various Requests for Tenders in various tender boxes managed by Commerce/DSTA as required under Section 15A of the NSW FOI Act as amended.
It covers tenders for Agencies closing in the various Tender Boxes of the NSW Department of Commerce since 1/1/2009.
For convenience of enquirers a small number of RFT closing in State Property tender boxes in the period above have also been included (as most closed with Commerce).
Note that the information is recorded against the day that the RFT closed, and for the specific RFT.
As late tenders are sometimes received in the period after close date, the information for any RFT closing may change or may more often not always include any late tenders or tenderers whose legal entity is not confirmed at the time the notice is published.
Tenders for RFT valued at under $50K may also not be included - please contact this office is you require this.
To search for an RFT, open the pdf file - which is located below at 'RFT Preview Document(s)'. Use the search fucntion in Acrobat or the pdf reader that you are using, to locate the RFT Id, or name.
