The objective of this project is to address the complaints received regarding the lack of facilities for the female staff, particularly the change room facilities. This will be a Design and Construct (D&C). The successful tenderer will also be responsible throughout the lifecycle of the project, to ensure that full consultation with NSWPF (the user of the building) to maintain full access and use of the active station. Additionally, the overall functionality of the space requires improvement, due to the location of the male changerooms and toilets.
