Tender Details

Ramp to Bull St- Demolition and Earthworks, including

Saw cutting to existing ramp and cathodic treatment to concealed reinforcement to ramp. Concrete reinforcement & carpentry. Installation of electrical lighting, balustrades, tactile ground surface indicators and landscaping. Stairs to Bull & Hall St- Removal of portions of existing balustrades and installation of new  balustrades, re-grouting to existing concrete stairs, carborundum treatment to edge of

each stair tread, installation of  tactile ground surface indicators, the treatment of patching existing pebble-crete

Courtyard Perimeter Handrails - Supply and installation of

stainless handrail fabricated from 50mm diameter pipe top rail and balusters/ 16mm diameter intermediate balusters at 100mm centres. All High Polish. Basement Carpark Ramp – Install Handrail, Tactile Ground Surface Indicators and saw cutting of  existing Concrete Hob. 

Newcastle Government Office Building is an occupied building requiring all noisy works to be completed outside of normal business hours

Only those companies that attend the meeting will be eligible to submit a response.

NON attendance will make responses invalid from non-attending companies.
