Tender Details
The Principal wishes to engage a Service Provider who will be responsible for providing Customer and Product Roles to the Principal in respect of the Sydney Rapid Transit (SRT) project, with a focus on customer advocacy and product definition. Two specific roles are identified within the SRT integrated project team and will form part of the SRT Project Development Implementation Group. Additional support, if required, should also be considered. The core activities relate to:
· Understand, articulate and advocate customer outcomes across the SRT project;
· Contributing to strategic directions for the SRT product, including but not limited to additional stations, alternative design concepts, and value enhancement opportunities;
· Develop, manage, and monitor product requirements; and
· Coordinate and manage the SRT demand modelling activities.
