Provision Of Building Trades Services
Penrith City Council is seeking proposals for the reliable and cost effective provision of Building Trades Services within the Penrith Local Government area. The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend for a further two (2) x one (1) year periods, by mutual agreement and subject to satisfactory performance for the following;
Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, Glazing, Painting, Concreting, Building Maintenance and Construction works, Security Alarm and detection systems, Shop fitting, Steel Fabrication and repairs, Property Maintenance – Gutter Cleaning, Floor Coverings and Roof Anchors
