Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Georges Hall Town Improvement.
Works under this Contract generally include: Ø Demolition and off site disposal of existing concrete kerb ramps, street furniture, etc. Ø Installation of new street furniture: litter bin enclosures and seats (Council will supply the street furniture). Ø Reconstruction of Kerb Ramp. Ø Construction of footpaving with 80mm thick 25Mpa concrete over 70 mm thick DGS20. Ø Construction of foot paving with 125mm thick 25Mpa reinforced concrete over 100 mm thick DGS20. Supply and installation of tactile tiles at bus stop location. Ø Construction of a concrete feature wall including rendering. Ø Supply and lay turf (Including 75mm Top Soil) and timber edging. Ø Pavement Markings and relocation of sign post. Planting of various shrubs (Council will supply the plants/shrubs)
