Tender Details
The rollout of Sydney Water’s Partnering for Success (P4S) program is entering an exciting new phase – Shared Purchasing.
Shared Purchasing simplifies how we and our asset delivery partners will procure certain defined goods and services that can’t be self-performed by the partners.
By pooling our purchasing in this manner, we’ll achieve economies of scale, increase our buying power and develop deeper relationships with preferred suppliers throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
The first Shared Purchasing Requests for Tender (RFT) is for Pipes & Fittings and Valves. RFTs for range other goods and services will also be issued on eTender in the coming months.
Tender Details
Supply of Ductile iron (DI), Polyethylene (PE), Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Steel pipes, Fittings and Supply of Valves.
Any Contract that may be awarded from the RFTs is for the supply, delivery and unloading of pipes, fittings and valves and associated components to the nominated sites. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
