Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking responses from suitably experienced and qualified private sector organisations that are interested in the Parkes Locomotive Depot and associated land owned by TfNSW and would like to maintain and operate the assets for rail freight operation under an arrangement for a fixed term, without any funding from the NSW Government.

Additional Details / Instructions
Respondents are to execute a Confidentiality Undertaking, as per the template in Attachment CI-1 of the Request for Tender document and return via email to scot@tayloredconsult.com. Once a Respondent has provided TfNSW with an executed copy of the confidentiality undertaking in the form in Attachment CI-1, the Respondent shall receive a confirmation of registration as a potential Respondent and will be allowed access to the RFT information.
