Tender Details

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Not for Profit Incorporated Organisations for the;

  • Proposed future use of part or all of the facility located at 22 Homelea Avenue, Panania;
  • Suitable uses may include; the provision of a facility that caters for social, cultural, family/children services or recreational activities/programs taking into consideration the close proximity to the neighbouring residents; and
  • Multiple organisations that can collaboratively coexist to provide a variety of services and/or programs that are compatible with the nature of the site will be considered.

 

The facility was previously occupied by the Revesby Workers and operated as the Revesby Workers Recreation and Bowling Club.
