Tender Details

NSW Public Works – North Coast region are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the development of a Consultant Panel for Technical Building Services, for work related to technical investigations, assessments, and advice on building related elements of projects.

The development of the panel of Consultants to offer building consultancy services for assistance with building projects managed by NSW Public Works - North Coast

Applicants are advised that NSW Public Works will review applications monthly for inclusion onto the panel, beginning at the end of January 2023 with the first review. The advertising period of this EOI is the period in which the Principal will be seeking applications, and opportunities for engagement on current or upcoming projects may be available prior to the end of the EOI advertising period for successful applicants.

This is a two stage process. This is stage one.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
