This Expressions of Interest (EOI) is for a leasing opportunity of Crown land known as the Rawson Park Tennis Centre to the NSW Department of Industry with oversight by Crown Lands and Water(“the Department”).
Upon completion of the EOI process, the Department will be in a position to consider the selection of a preferred Tenderer to enter into negotiations with a view to offering a Lease for a term of up to 25 years, in accordance with section 34A of the Crown Lands Act 1989.
Any proposed term longer than three years could be subject to a conditional Option to Renew. The initial lease term and any further negotiated option periods will be subject to capital investment in the Site and effecting recommendations set out in the NSW Public Works Advisory, Asset Assessment Report.
