Moruya Sewer Servicing Works - RFT-10064451

Upgrade of the sewerage infrastructure in Moruya to service the new Moruya Hospital, future and new residential subdivisions, existing TAFE, existing properties, and a proposed emergency service complex.

Pre-Tender meeting

There will be no mandatory pre-tender meeting for this contract. A two (2) week period has been allocated from Monday, 5th February 2024 to Friday, 16th February 2024 whereby the site will be available for access by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by contacting the RFT Contact Person, Joe Akkersdyk.

TWO ENVELOPE TENDER 

This is a Two-Envelope tender. The tender schedules are marked as Envelope 1 Non-Price and Envelope 2 Price. Please submit as two separate files when you lodge your response. The files can be zipped together to be submitted.

Supplier Account 

All suppliers must have a Supplier account on Supplier Hub to download and lodge responses. To create a Supplier account please go to https://buy.nsw.gov.au/login/signup. 

Obtaining the RFT Documents 

Click on the DOWNLOAD A SOFT COPY - Free link at the bottom of the page and follow the onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.  

Lodging a Response 

Click on the blue RESPOND link at the bottom of this page to submit your electronic tender response.  

Electronic Tender Box Security 

During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”. 
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed. 

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation. A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued for all submitted responses files received successfully.
