The aim of the research is to inform the Sydney Olympic Park Authority on overall Park awareness, event and activity awareness, visitation behaviour, expectations, needs and future intentions, including barriers to visitation and preferred communication channels.This will ensure that marketing efforts and services are well targeted, relevant and responsive to visitor’s needs and expectations.
