Tender Details

TfNSW is developing a Panel of pre-approved Suppliers capable of the supply and installation of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment and systems across the state of NSW. Furthermore, Also providing Service and Maintenance on various types of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment and systems across the state of NSW.

Suppliers shall be capable of supply and installation of the equipment and systems into a variety of different meeting, conference, training, and collaboration spaces throughout various Activity Based Working (ABW) office locations.

TfNSW seeks to appoint Suppliers to the Panel for a period of 3+1+1 years.

This proposal includes two components which are:

  • A panel of Supply and Installation contractors to provide future project delivery of Audio Visual services; and a Service and Maintenance contract for the existing and future sites. 

  • Proponents may respond to either one or both of the above two components. TfNSW will look favourably on the Proponents that respond to both components, and meet all of the criteria outlined in this document.

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
