Regional Rail Project Delivery Technical Advisor - ISD-17-6880

TfNSW requires the services of a team of experienced and suitably qualified professionals to support the delivery and development phases of various regional rail projects. This includes the provision of all of the following roles:

• Simulator/ICT Engineer;
• Verification Engineer;
• Maintenance Manager;
• Maintenance Facility Engineer;
• Maintenance Service Engineer;
• RAM Specialist Engineer;
• Human Factors Specialist;
• Accessibility Specialist;
• Structural/FEA Specialist Engineer;
• ATMS/ATCS Specialist Engineer;
• Vechical Dynamics and Modelling Specialist Engineer;
• Interior/Seats Specialist Engineer;
• Fire Engineering Specialist Engineer;
• Maintenance Systems Engineering Manager;
• Quality Assrance Engineers;
• Office Manager & Document Controller; and

For pipeline Ferries works:

• Naval Architect.

TfNSW is ideally seeking one (1) single Service Provider to deliver the Services described under this Services Brief. TfNSW may, at its sole discretion, choose to engage with more than one Service provider to deliver the Service to ensure the highest quality and best value-for-money outcome can be achieved.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Registration of bonafide Tenderers will be undertaken. Upon TfNSW confirming that the interested party is a legitimate Tenderer, the Tenderer will be required to sign a Confidentiality Deed Poll and return to Sahil Zaidi at projectsprocurement@transport.nsw.gov.au

Upon receipt of the executed Deed Poll, access to the remaining Tender documents will be granted via release of the password by email. 

Electronic lodgement only - no password protection. Tenderers must submit their response as three (3) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules" excluding specific pricing information. The third file is to be completed using the excel spreadsheet and must contain the pricing submission. Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW. This ensures that Tenders are complete and accurate, and presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer, and also allows for timely distribution of Tenders to the Tender Assessment Committee.

To be considered for this Tender, Tenderers must meet the Minimum Requirements detailed in the Invitation to Tender documentation.

 

Core Service - The Services will commence from award of Contract (expected in Q1 2018) until 30 June 2019. It should be noted that not all roles will commence in 2018.

Option 1 - 1 July 2019 to 30 December 2020

Option 2 - 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2022

Option 3 - 1 July 2022 to 30 December 2023

The above option periods to be confirmed by the Principal upon award.
