ATP will be deployed across 100% of the electrified Sydney Network and fitted on to all the electric fleets of Sydney Trains. As a result of the project being deployed across the network, the system will be operated by both Sydney Trains and New South Wales Trains (NSW Trains) as well as maintenance of all new assets by Sydney Trains.
Therefore this system needs all impacted business units to be trained and upskilled in the use of the system as well as having the ability to maintain the assets. Hence, the need for a change team to management the transition to ensure full benefit realisation is achieved at handover.

Interested parties must return a completed signed Confidentiality Deed Poll to the ProjectsProcurement@transport.nsw.gov.au email to be issued the suite of Invitation to Tender documentation.
Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules". Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW. Please ensure these files are NOT password protected.
Please note that the Christmas shutdown period at TfNSW will commence from the close of business on Friday December 23rd 2016 and will run until 9:00am Monday January 9th 2017. No communication with TfNSW will occur between those times.
Conditions for Participation
To be considered for evaluation, all Tenderers must comply with the following minimum requirements:
1- Evidence that the Tenderer or Tenderer's Team has successfully implemented Change Management Framework plans on a multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure project in the last 5 years and the Change Management engegement was valued at over AU$500,000.
2- Confirmation that the Tenderer will be able to commence in the role on 27 February 2017.
Tenderers that are assessed as not meeting these Minimum Requirements will not be evaluated against the evaluation criteria by the Tender Assessment Committee.
