Tender Details

Sydney Olympic Park is undergoing an exciting transformation into a vibrant township and community. Today the Park supports more than 11,000 daily workers, hosts 5,000 events and has almost 10 million visitors annually.

Expressions of interest are invited from interested parties to fit-out and operate a café / restaurant to assist in meeting the growing demand for food and beverage at the Park.

Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) has a site located close to the railway station for the café / restaurant and is looking to offer a license for up to 5 years with possibility of further periods.

SOPA is seeking proposals that may be used as a basis for short listing proponents for further negotiations. Prospective proponents will be evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria.

Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
