Tender Details
The Service Provider will be responsible for providing legal services to the Principal in respect of Sydney Light Rail Extension Stages 1 and 2.
The Principal requires the full range of legal services in relation to the Project. It is anticipated that these services will primarily be in relation to the development and negoiation of a commercial agreement with the Owner. The Principal may also require legal services in relation to any planning, environmental, property or statutory interpretation that arise in connection with the Project.
