Transport NSW (TfNSW) is seeking to engage an experienced and capable Professional Services Contractor to design the Ausgrid 132KV overhead relocation at Ermington for the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 Project. The Scope of Services will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Concept Design (including a Concept Design Report)
- Detailed Design (including a Detailed Design Report)
- Construction and Staging Report
- Material Supply Specifications
- Safety Report

Tenderers must demonstrate as a minimum
- Minimum Requirement 1 – The Tenderer and/or the Tenderer subcontractor/s must hold an Accredited Service Providers level 3 (ASP/3) for undertaking the design of overhead electricity reticulation https://www.ausgrid.com.au/ASPs-and-Contractors/Ausgrid-Authorisation
- Minimum Requirement 2 – The Tenderer and/or the Tenderer subcontractor/s nominated resources to have demonstratable experience in gaining certified Ausgrid aerial transmission relocation designs in the last 5 years.
- Minimum Requirement 3 – The Tenderer and/or the Tenderer subcontractor/s have demonstrated capability and/or software experience to:
o undertake earthing designs for transmission assets;
o calculate cable pulling tension; and
o design steel pole footing.

Conditions for Participation
Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules". Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW.
This ensures that Tenders are complete and accurate, are presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer, and allows for timely distribution of Tenders to the Tender Assessment Committee.
