Tender Details

The Contract shall be for a lump sum payment for supply and delivery of trucks, less the trade in of the existing truck, in accordance with the details outlined in the in this tender document and tender schedules.

Tenderers may submit tenders for all or any of the specified products listed in the Schedule of Rates.

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender submitted and reserves the right to reject any Tender as being informal if any of the conditions outlined herein are not complied with.

All required accessories are to be fitted. Vehicles are to be registered to Council’s common expiry date 16 April 2011 prior to delivery

Trade-in and /or purchase price can be offered for vehicles. Council may choose to accept a tender for the supply of a new vehicle with or without a trade-in, or a tender for the purchase only of Council’s vehicles.
