Duval High School Trade Training Centre incorporates the following but is not limited to the list below:

• The alterations and additions to existing kitchen facilities in Block D to provide a new hospitality trade training facility. The alterations will house a new hospitality kitchen, preparation area, dishwashing room/store, pantry, laundry and dining area.
• The alterations and additions to existing metalwork facilities in Block D to provide trade training in metalwork. The alterations will incorporate new workbenches, metalworking machinery and welding bays.
• All other associated site services required to complete the works. 
• All other works specified in the technical specification sections and drawings.

Uralla Central School Trade Training Centre incorporates the following but is not limited to the list below:

• The alterations and additions to existing kitchen facilities in Block F to provide a hospitality trade training facility. The alterations will house a new hospitality kitchen, preparation area, dishwashing room/store, laundry, pantry and dining area.
• New paving/ramp.

• All other associated site services required to complete the works.

• All other works specified in the technical specification sections and drawings.
