Rock ramp containing 12 rock ridges and extend upstream from the weir crest into the weir pool. The fishway cross sectional bed shape forms a vee having side slope of 1 on 6. The fishway channel bed is confined on the sides by rock protected clay embankment

The riverside embankment construct a reinforced concrete retaining wall and seepage cut off

Modification of existing weir crest, cut off wall and downstream apron to suit fishway entrance ridge

Aluminium dewatering stop logs

Permanent sheetpiling for seepage cutoff extending into the river bank adjacent to the fishway exit ridge

Demolition of the existing concrete orifice type fishway
